About the Role
Join Mock AI as a Founding Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technical assessment platform. You will not only lead the engineering efforts but also contribute to strategic decisions as we scale our technology and team.
What You Will Do
Lead the development and scaling of our platform using a modern tech stack including NextJS, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Architect robust, scalable backend systems capable of handling real-time interactions and large-scale user data.
Drive the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
Collaborate with the product team to refine and implement the technical vision for the platform.
Mentor junior developers and build a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
Skills Required
Expertise in NextJS, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and building scalable web applications.
Strong background in system architecture and software design.
Proven track record of successful project leadership and team management.
Experience with cloud services, database management, and DevOps practices.
Ability to work in a startup environment, handling multiple responsibilities and the dynamic pace of work.
